Good Neighbor Grant Available for JCC Neighborhoods – Apply by Sept. 15

Grant awards up to $500 are available to neighborhood groups and homeowner associations. The purpose of the grant is to enhance the sense of community and sustainability through an environmentally sustainable landscape project. The Good Neighbor Grant application is opening Aug. 1! 

Examples include restoration of a stormwater sediment basin, installation of a free-standing library, installation of a pet waste station, planting native and pollinator friendly plants, and performing litter cleanups. For more information and project ideas visit here.

Complete the Good Neighbor Grant Application. Deadline for submissions is Sept. 15, 2022. Grant award amounts are contingent upon the number of applications received and available funding. Grants may be submitted online by emailing the completed application to SustainabilityCoordinator@jamescitycountyva.gov or by mailing it to or dropping off at 107 Tewning Road, Williamsburg, VA 23188.
